East coast strong preferred. Life Sciences experience is a MUST Strong knowledge of SAP Best Practice Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including production scheduling, quality management and inventory control. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Good knowledge and hands-on experience in handling PLC, HMI (Human-Machine Interface), and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition). Proven track record of successfully leading MES implementations, including project planning, system configuration, and user training. Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan, execute, and control IT initiatives within budget and timeline. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
