Job Title: SailPoint Identity IQ Developer Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite - Face-to-Face Mandatory) About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SailPoint IdentityIQ Developer to join our dynamic team in Dallas, TX. You will play a crucial role in the implementation, configuration, and customization of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) system, specifically SailPoint IIQ. This position requires a strong understanding of IAM principles and hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ, Java, and related technologies. Responsibilities: Implement, configure, and customize SailPoint IIQ to meet business requirements. Develop and maintain access request, certification, provisioning, user lifecycle management processes, workflows, and role-based access control (RBAC). Implement application onboarding, custom rules, forms, workflows, and configure various types of access certifications in IIQ. Utilize web services frameworks and related technologies such as Java, Spring, J2EE, Apache Tomcat, HTTP, AJAX, REST, SOAP, and XML. Write and execute SQL queries and develop Bean/JavaScript code. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical expertise. Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues. Stay up-to-date with the latest IAM trends and technologies. Required Skills: 4-6 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) implementation and development. Extensive experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, including configuration, customization, and development. Strong proficiency in Java, Spring, J2EE, and related technologies. Hands-on experience with SQL and scripting languages (Bean/JavaScript). Solid understanding of web services frameworks (REST, SOAP, XML). Experience with application onboarding, custom rules, workflows, and access certifications in IIQ. Knowledge of IAM concepts such as access request, certification, provisioning, user lifecycle management, and RBAC. Desired Skills: Experience with other IAM tools and technologies. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
