From: John Richardson, Themesoft Inc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title: Oracle Fusion Administrator Location: Detroit MI - Onsite Key Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation, configuration, upgrades, and support for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM, and HCM applications. - Collaborate with third-party integrators and managed services for Oracle Fusion Cloud deployments. - Ensure system availability, performance, and security of the Oracle Fusion suite. - Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions. - Communicate maintenance schedules, refresh schedules, and system outages to relevant stakeholders. - Maintain Oracle Fusion technology roadmap and ensure alignment with business needs. - Resolve technical issues and perform troubleshooting, patching, and upgrades as needed. - Collaborate with Oracle and other third-party vendors when necessary. - Work on-site (Monday through Friday). - Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field from an accredited institution. - At least 5 years of ERP administration experience. - 3 years of experience administering Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. - Proven experience in at least one Oracle Fusion Cloud application implementation. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across various levels. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, EPM. - Familiarity with business process workflows and technical design specifications. - Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Oracle Fusions AI capabilities. - Experience with data management and data conversions. - Familiarity with SDLC, IT Change Control processes, deployment methodologies, and application server life cycle management. - Knowledge of core technologies such as ServiceNow and Office365. - Willingness to train and mentor internal staff. - Oracle Cloud certifications in any of the following (or equivalent): - Oracle Financials Cloud Implementation Professional - Oracle Payroll Cloud Implementation Professional - Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement Implementation Professional - Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2023 certifications Additional Competencies: - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Experience in the public sector is highly desirable.
