In this role, you will design, develop, and manage business intelligence solutions that integrate with Salesforce Marketing Cloud to optimize marketing campaign performance and drive data-driven insights. You will be responsible for creating interactive, insightful dashboards and reports, enabling marketing teams to effectively monitor and enhance their campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business intelligence, experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and expertise in leveraging DatoRama for reporting, data analysis, and visualization. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Maintain BI Dashboards: Design, build, and maintain interactive and visually appealing BI dashboards and reports in DatoRama to track key marketing campaign metrics, KPIs, and performance. Ensure dashboards are customized to provide actionable insights into marketing initiatives, with an emphasis on real-time reporting and trend analysis. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Integration: Work with Salesforce Marketing Cloud to integrate marketing campaign data into DatoRama for consolidated reporting and analysis. Develop automated data pipelines and workflows to bring marketing data (e.g., email open rates, click-through rates, lead generation) into DatoRama. Collaborate with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud team to define data models and best practices for integrating marketing performance metrics. Data Management and Analysis: Build data transformation processes to clean, aggregate, and analyze marketing campaign data from Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other data sources. Support marketing teams in analyzing campaign performance, segmenting audiences, and identifying trends for improved targeting and engagement. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with data integrity, ensuring that all marketing metrics are accurate and up-to-date. Collaborate with Marketing Teams: Partner with marketing teams to understand campaign goals, metrics, and reporting requirements, ensuring that BI solutions support marketing objectives. Provide ongoing support to the marketing team by delivering customized reports, ad-hoc analysis, and insights on campaign performance. Train and mentor marketing team members on how to interpret data and utilize DatoRama dashboards for actionable insights. Reporting & Optimization: Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns in real-time and provide insights into areas for optimization. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to define new KPIs and reporting requirements based on evolving business goals. Create predictive models using historical marketing data to forecast campaign outcomes and recommend optimizations. Requirements: Technical Skills: Proven experience in DatoRama (now part of Salesforce) dashboard and report development, including advanced features like data transformation, integration, and optimization. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including data integration, reporting, and campaign performance analysis. Strong SQL skills to manage and manipulate large datasets. Familiarity with data integration tools and ETL processes for bringing data from various marketing systems into DatoRama. Experience with Salesforce Analytics Cloud or other BI platforms is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with business intelligence platforms, specifically DatoRama, to develop and maintain dashboards and reports. Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including campaign tracking, email analytics, segmentation, and audience engagement. Strong understanding of marketing metrics, such as conversion rates, ROI, engagement metrics, and lead tracking. Experience working in cross-functional teams, particularly with marketing, sales, and IT departments. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently to identify data trends and insights. Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing teams and other business units to meet their reporting needs. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering accurate and meaningful business intelligence. Education: Bachelors degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Salesforce Administrator. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or other digital marketing tools is a plus. Experience with Salesforce CRM or Salesforce Pardot is beneficial. Exposure to agile development methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
