Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of UKG Advanced Scheduling solutions to meet client requirements. Provide expert-level consultation on workforce management strategies, including scheduling optimization, labor forecasting, and demand planning. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Conduct system assessments, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance scheduling efficiency and compliance. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to UKG Advanced Scheduling modules. Deliver training and knowledge transfer to end-users and internal teams. Stay updated on UKG product updates, industry trends, and best practices to provide innovative solutions. Support pre-sales activities, including demos, solution design, and proposal development. Qualifications: Minimum 8 years of experience in workforce management, with a focus on UKG (Kronos) Advanced Scheduling. Proven expertise in configuring and implementing UKG Advanced Scheduling modules. Forecasting and Demand Planning, Schedule Optimization, Attendance and Leave Management, Compliance and Reporting Strong understanding of workforce management principles, labor laws, and scheduling best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams. UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) certification is highly preferred.
