Job Role : SAP ABAP Developer on HANA Job Location : Austin, TX ~ Cupertino, CA (Looking for local to Texas or California consultants) 12+ Months Exp 10+ Years Visa: H1B | Need passport number along with submission Role Description: Data volume analysis across multiple large SAP systems Working with various groups to define scope and gather business requirements Provide conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs Configuring both standard and custom Archive objects Monitor Archiving jobs for effectiveness & completeness Re-evaluate and update Archiving jobs to optimize existing runs Competencies: SAP Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) for non-HANA Essential Skills: Good understanding of ABAP programming and debugging skills - Experience in writing design documents based on the requirements Researching and problem solving skills with minimum guidance Prior SAP Data Archiving experience or FI or SD functional experience Strong verbal and written communication skills - Experience with SAP Upgrade Projects especially related to SAP Data Archiving Functionality. Knowledge of 3rd party Archiving solutions and tools (preferably PBS & Dolphin) Experience with Archive Link Imaging Functionality. (Storage and Retrieval of Attachments) Experience with high-volume SAP Implementations (working with multi-terrabyte systems) Can work equally as part of a team and on an individual level with minimal supervision.
