Job Description |

Essential Job Functions:

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategies. Create and manage communication plans to ensure clear and consistent messaging across all levels of the organization. Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and end-users.

Adoption Strategies and Training: Design and implement adoption strategies to ensure successful integration of AI, Automation, and Data & Analytics solutions. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance user adoption and competency. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of adoption initiatives, making adjustments as needed.

Organizational and Process Redesign: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to redesign organizational processes for AI, Automation, and Data & Analytics solutions. Conduct impact assessments to understand the implications of new technologies on existing workflows. Develop and implement change management plans to support process redesign efforts.

Change Management Execution: Lead change management initiatives from planning through execution and evaluation. Utilize change management methodologies and tools to drive successful project outcomes. Identify and mitigate resistance to change, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Performance Measurement: Establish metrics to measure the success of change management initiatives. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Provide regular reports to senior leadership on the progress and impact of change management efforts.

Other duties and/or projects as assigned.

Adheres to HMH Organizational competencies and standards of behavior.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in change management, with at least 5 years in a healthcare setting.

Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient computer skills that may include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:

Masters degree preferred.

Familiarity with adult learning theories preferred. |
