In this role, you will lead and manage complex technical programs from conception to execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in managing large-scale projects and programs. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end technical programs, managing project timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design, QA, etc.) to define and deliver solutions that meet business and technical requirements. Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring that milestones are met and communicating progress to stakeholders. Coordinate program schedules, resources, and priorities across multiple teams to ensure successful delivery. Drive alignment with key stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, to ensure clear communication of program goals and progress. Lead risk identification and mitigation strategies, ensuring the program stays on track and within scope. Manage dependencies and resolve issues across teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions. Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed of project status, challenges, and milestones. Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal processes, maintaining a focus on quality throughout the program lifecycle. Act as a key point of contact for technical and operational questions from cross-functional teams and leadership. Continuously evaluate program performance and implement process improvements as needed. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. 9+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role in a fast-paced technical environment. Proven experience managing complex, large-scale technical programs across multiple teams. Strong technical background, with experience in software development, cloud technologies, or similar technical areas. Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.). Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and lead teams through technical challenges. Strong leadership and collaboration skills with experience managing cross-functional teams. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience in working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. Certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum) are a plus.
