Business Analyst 4 for Grants & Legislative Analysis Section Candidates must be willing to interview on site and work in person. Research state laws, policies and processes, in partnership with legal staff, management and staff to ensure that staff and persons eligible to receive services are accurately informed. Lead the implementation of policies, processes and computer systems. Apply organizational change management practices, with an emphasis on effective communications, building stakeholder trust and measuring performance with a focus on improving operational performance and customer services. Plan, coordinate and conduct communications with customers and other stakeholders as part of a larger effort to improve customer services and to roll out new services. Perform other duties as assigned. The person selected for this position will work full-time onsite . Working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, excluding state holidays. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Advanced computer skills are required that aligns with the Job Description. In addition, strong analytical skills; ability to create and manage project schedules; ability to research state laws and policies; experience with organizational change management; customer relations skills; good verbal and written communication skills; ability to manage several projects simultaneously; and proficiency with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook).
