Job Title: MS Dynamics 365 CRM SME 12+ months project Work environment onsite Mon-Thurs in The Woodlands. No exceptions Contract or CTH acceptable The company needs a consultant with in-depth knowledge of end-to-end CRM process workstreams and SME level expertise with the functional design and configuration of Dynamics 365 CRM. Primary responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: Providing expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM functional design strategies and best practices. Assessing current-state CRM related processes and end-to-end workstreams and developing recommendations for optimizing future-state processes Performing fit-gap analysis of the current Dynamics 365 CRM design and configuration to future-state processes and business requirements Developing a future-state framework for the Dynamics 365 CRM solution, including system configuration, workflows, customizations, integrations, etc. Developing functional and technical specifications, outlining system architecture, process and systems workflows, system integration maps, etc. Designing and implementing integrations with other systems (ERP, marketing automation, etc.) using APIs and connectors to ensure seamless data flow. Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture that utilize the out-of-the-box tools of Dynamics 365 before developing custom code Required Skills and Experience 10+ years of IT industry experience 6+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM module functional design and configuration 5+ years of experience with designing, configuring, implementing and managing CRM solutions at an enterprise level Demonstrated experience with multiple, full lifecycle implementation projects Expert knowledge in Dynamics 365 system architecture and hands on expertise in customization and configurations Proficiency in .NET development, C#, JavaScript, and other related technologies used for Dynamics 365 customizations and integrations. In-depth understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform, Microsoft and AI solutions, along with industry best practices and implementation methodologies.
