Leadership and management experience. Excellent people and project management skills. Effective communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology Direct experience or strong understanding of using agile software (Jira) to design and execute work in sprint cycles while leveraging typical agile ceremonies within agile/waterfall software development lifecycles.
