Job Description Job Title: Senior Endpoint Engineer Location: Remote in EST Duration: 12+ months Senior Endpoint Engineer Must have old LinkedIn with profile photo 2020 min) & Only 4 pages resume. Video call with PV for 30 min Responsibilities Plan, design, and implement endpoint management architecture. Develop and support automation of endpoint management activities. Function as technical lead for the migration of all laptops and desktops from Windows 10 to Windows 11. Assist in creating, testing, and modifying PC images for laptops and desktops. Interface with business users and other support staff for escalated troubleshooting assistance. Manage Endpoint Management tools and infrastructure (e.g. Intune, SCCM, etc.) Qualifications/Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, preferred. Technical expert in Microsoft Windows 11 operating systems, service branches and configuration. In depth experience and knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (formerly known as SCCM) or other relevant Endpoint Management tools is required. Similar knowledge with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager OSD is required. Experience with Windows security tools is preferred. Experience with scripting and coding tools (e.g. Power, Python, etc.) especially with regard to OSD Imaging processes and SCCM/MECM packaging is required. Experience with Active Directory Group Policy is required. Experience with Azure and Microsoft Entra ID is a plus. Experience with support of Lenovo hardware and technologies desirable. Experience with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting is a necessity. Experience with alternative operating systems and software (macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux) is a plus. Skills related to writing and documenting configuration and installation processes is necessary. Experience with SQL Server and SQL Server Reporting Services desirable.
