Job: SAP PP/QM Consultant Hybrid working Experience: 10+ years Location: Los Angeles, CA 70% of travel is involved across the country Expenses would be covered. POSITION OVERVIEW: SAP PP/QM BA POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS: As SAP PP/QM Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development, and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, and deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, and in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP S/4 PP/QM Implementation A minimum of 8+ years SAP consulting experience in SAP PP/QM At least 3 end-to-end S4HANA implementations in SAP PP/QM Ability to work in a team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment End to End implementation experience in SAP PP with in-depth understanding of the below modules in SAP S4Hana PP o Master data Materials, BOM, Routing, work centers, production tools, Variant configuration (Class, characteristics and their assignment) o Planning & Forecasting - MRP o Production processes and its SAP solutions. Standard, Remanufacturing, Rebuild, Foundry, Repetitive, Kanban o Capacity planning MES integration Production order management & execution including availability checks, batch determination, confirmation, WIP processing and reporting, settlement o Integration with other SAP modules like SAP SD, SAP MM, and SAP FICO (Product costing) Experience in SAP QM (Quality Management) Quality Info records Quality Inspection plans Usage decisions Record inspection results Inventory movement for items under inspection Disposal and scrap management TRAVEL REQUIRED: US-based with the ability to travel throughout the US.
