Manage and maintain web servers such as WebSphere, Portal, Tomcat, and IIS. Work with AIX/Linux OS and Windows. Write and execute scripts, JAVA/JMX, and Python as needed. Handle database management and write SQL queries. Monitor system performance and maintain high availability in a 24x7 environment. Prioritize tasks and adapt to changing requirements. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Tibco Suite Administration, including iProcess, BW5, BW6, ActiveSpaces, and EMS. At least 5 years of direct experience with Tibco iProcess. Experience administering web servers (WebSphere, Portal, Tomcat, IIS). Proficiency in AIX/Linux OS and Windows. Strong experience with scripting, JAVA/JMX, and Python (highly desired). Ability to write SQL queries and work with databases. Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Network knowledge is essential. Ability to learn new technologies quickly. Familiarity with Splunk, AppDynamics, Zenoss, AWS CloudWatch, and CI/CD tools is a plus.
