Responsible for the design, provisioning, deployment, configuration, and administration of lab network hardware and software. Create, revise, update, and maintain comprehensive network documentation. Act as a subject matter expert for Lab 5G ORAN Network projects. Support and diagnose technical issues related to cell site routers, on-prem devices, and AWS. Define and execute test plans to ensure the optimal performance of the 5G ORAN Lab network. Maintain relationships with Wireless Network Engineering, integrators, and vendors for upgrades, installations, and new feature exploration. Manage and monitor network performance using SDNC-INT monitoring tools. Oversee technical delivery, continuously improving processes and ensuring operational excellence. Qualifications: CCIE Certification (Lab and Written) is required. Expertise in Cisco networking, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless technologies. Strong experience in routing (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), switching (VLANs, STP, VTP), and network security (Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Firepower). Experience with network monitoring tools like SolarWinds, SDNC-INT, and Wireshark. Hands-on experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or hybrid environments). Experience working with 5G ORAN networks is a plus. Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to manage large-scale network environments.
