As a Business Function Designer, you will be responsible for analyzing and designing business processes, particularly in the Warehouse Management (SAP EWM) domain, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving process improvements. Key Responsibilities : Business Process Design & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and design business processes, specifically within SAP EWM, to enhance operational efficiency and drive success. Requirements Definition: Gather and define detailed business requirements, ensuring they align with both business objectives and technical solutions. Business Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the business community and technical teams, facilitating smooth communication to achieve project goals. Subject Matter Expert (SME): Provide expert guidance and leadership within the warehouse management space, influencing key decisions and driving process optimization. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with multiple teams across the organization to ensure alignment and successful project delivery. Warehouse Management Process Optimization: Analyze existing warehouse management processes and provide strategic recommendations to improve efficiency and business outcomes. Logistics Management Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of logistics management to optimize workflows and provide insights for business improvements. Functional Design Documentation: Document functional design specifications and support FIT/GAP analysis, as well as testing to ensure a smooth implementation. Transportation Solutions: Lead workshops to confirm and configure transportation management solutions (LE-TRA) in alignment with business requirements. Required Skills & Experience : Advanced SAP EWM (Warehouse Management) expertise. Business Process Design: Experience in designing and analyzing complex business processes, particularly within SAP EWM. Warehouse Management: Intermediate proficiency in warehouse management systems and best practices. LE-TRA Configuration: Hands-on experience in Transportation Management (LE-TRA) configuration. Logistics Management: Understanding of logistics processes and best practices. SAP Inventory Management: Experience with SAP Inventory Management modules.
