Job Title:: Java Technical Lead Location::Onsite(Texas) Job Description: **Banking Domain Experience** Java background only throughout career no other domain .30% lead, 70% developer( hands-on development exp) .Excellent in client stakeholders Experience in Code reviews for team Driving metrics for the Software Development track Java Onshore Tech Lead with 12+ years of experience with excellent leadership abilities and strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills who can handle Application Development for a banking customer and manage Java based development following Agile and Scrum methodologies. Oversee development activities in the areas of Angular, Ionic and Spring Boot, ensuring alignment with project goals and best practices. Monitor and manage Api specifications and handle integration dependencies. Assist with DevOps processes, including continuous integration, deployment pipelines and work closely with the Ops team to manage deployments. Streamline processes and drive deployment requests with Ops team to avoid errors Provide technical leadership to both onshore & offshore team. Key contact between onsite and offshore teams. Manage team workloads, estimation efficiency, balance task distribution to improve productivity and boost morale. Set up and lead cadence calls with customer stakeholders to monitor project progress and address any issues/dependencies. Act as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders, facilitating effective communication to resolve any dependencies/ issues, particularly those related to requirement gaps or data setup. Reduce the gap in understanding requirements with onshore offshore lead coordination Lead Proof-of-Concept (POC) initiatives to explore and implement innovative solutions.
