Our client is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant to support the migration of their Human Capital Management (HCM) system to Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud. This role involves configuring Oracle HCM Cloud modules, managing data migration, gathering business requirements, and supporting implementation efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, a deep understanding of HR processes, and experience with change management. Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant Responsibilities Lead the migration from People Pro/Kronos WFR to Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud. Develop and test data feeds between Oracle and existing HR systems. Configure various Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Benefits, and Workforce Management. Support the full implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into system configurations and integrations. Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws. Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently. Provide training and support for system users during and after implementation. Perform additional duties as assigned. Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field; a focus on HR, business, or technology is preferred. 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM implementations and data migration. Expertise in configuring Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Management. Strong understanding of HR processes and ability to align system functionalities with business requirements. Experience with system integrations, including ERP and payroll systems. Basic knowledge of PL/SQL or scripting languages for customizations. Proven project management skills, including experience with requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution development. Knowledge of change management principles and experience training end-users. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Must be eligible to work under Department of Energy 10 CFR Part 810.
