The ideal candidate will have expertise in cost management and packaged software deployment, working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize pricing strategies and enhance profitability. Key Responsibilities Lead pricing, promotions, and clearance projects to enhance cost efficiency and profitability. Oversee the deployment of packaged pricing software, ensuring seamless integration. Collaborate with finance, merchandising, and IT teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives. Analyze pricing trends and recommend optimizations for cost structures. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications using tools like JIRA, Asana, and Smartsheet. Must-Have Qualifications 5+ years of project/program management experience in the retail industry. Proven expertise in pricing, promotions, and cost control strategies. Strong experience in packaged software deployment within a retail environment. Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Asana, Smartsheet, etc.).
