Position: Business Analyst Location: Newark, NJ (Onsite) Need Locals to NJ/NY Duration: 12+ Months Contract Job Description: Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear service management requirements. Analyze existing ITSM processes and recommend improvements based on business objectives and industry best practices. Define and document functional and non-functional requirements. Support ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management. Work closely with IT teams to ensure efficient handling of incidents and service requests.
