Role: Sr. Business Analyst with FP&A, Anaplan experience Remote Long Term EXP: 12+ yrs This requirement is for Senior Business Analyst profile with Finance and FPnA background with Anaplan knowledge (not Anaplan Dev experience) Below are the expectations from a candidate to be hired into this position: Have strong financial background and preferably experience in healthcare sector. Demonstrate understanding P&L Reporting, nuances around how they are built in EPM platforms like Anaplan. Expected to independently work with product owners and business users to understand pain points, document them and assist in user story righting. Expected to assist in creation of documentation including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), technical documentation and end-user documentation. Expected to be comfortable with demoing functionality built in Anaplan to end-users and assist in change management and adaption of solution. Even if the candidate wont be a PM, they are expected to be knowledgeable and provide advisory on good project management practices.
