Lead the implementation of policies, processes and computer systems. Apply organizational change management practices, with an emphasis on effective communications, building stakeholder trust and measuring performance with a focus on improving operational performance and customer services. Plan, coordinate and conduct communications with customers and other stakeholders as part of a larger effort to improve customer services and to roll out new VSP services. Plan and coordinate the creation of public websites and other media, in partnership with VSP public relations staff, to inform the public about VSP services. Perform other duties as assigned. The person selected for this position will work full-time onsite at Virginia State Police Headquarters, 7700 Midlothian Tpke, North Chesterfield, VA 23235. Working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, excluding state holidays. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Advanced computer skills are required that aligns with the Job Description.
