The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be presentable, and possess excellent problem-solving abilities. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium and Java. Develop and execute test strategies, frameworks, and test cases for web applications. Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables. Analyze test results, debug issues, and provide detailed defect reports. Work in an Agile environment to drive automation best practices. Key Skills & Requirements: 10+ years of experience in Automation Testing with Selenium & Java. Strong expertise in writing Java-based automation frameworks (TestNG, Cucumber, JUnit). Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven).
