Domain Investment Management/ Banking Domain Job Title : AEM Workfront Platform Implementation Engineer Location: Open to fully remote (Candidates who can work the hybrid schedule are preferred) Visa: No H1B, OPT MOI: Skype Job details : We are looking for experience implementing Adobe Workfront at an enterprise-level organization (Configuring, Implementation, configuring, design, user access, and optimization of the Workfront platform), Other key core responsibilities include: Customizing workflows approval processes resource allocation User training, support within an organization that already has Workfront set up Experience w/Adobe FUSION is highly preferred!! Key Responsibilities : Configure & Customize Workfront Set up forms, fields, workflows, and approvals to meet business needs. Workflow Optimization Design and automate processes, task dependencies, and notifications. User Management & Security Administer roles, permissions, teams, and data security. Reporting & Insights Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs, resource utilization, and project progress. Integration & Automation Connect Workfront with AEM, Adobe Campaign, Seismic, and other tools using Workfront Fusion. Training & Support Provide user training, troubleshoot issues, and optimize adoption. System Maintenance Monitor performance, implement updates, and improve efficiency. Qualifications: 3-5+ years of Workfront administration & configuration experience. Expertise in workflow automation, Workfront Fusion, and integrations. Knowledge of AEM, Adobe Campaign, and enterprise project management tools. Strong problem-solving, training, and cross-team collaboration skills.
