Key Responsibilities : Configure & Customize Workfront Set up forms, fields, workflows, and approvals to meet business needs. Workflow Optimization Design and automate processes, task dependencies, and notifications. User Management & Security Administer roles, permissions, teams, and data security. Reporting & Insights Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs, resource utilization, and project progress. Integration & Automation Connect Workfront with AEM, Adobe Campaign, Seismic, and other tools using Workfront Fusion. Training & Support Provide user training, troubleshoot issues, and optimize adoption. System Maintenance Monitor performance, implement updates, and improve efficiency. Qualifications: 3-5+ years of Workfront administration & configuration experience. Expertise in workflow automation, Workfront Fusion, and integrations. Knowledge of AEM, Adobe Campaign, and enterprise project management tools. Strong problem-solving, training, and cross-team collaboration skills.
