Title: SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) Solution Architect Pricing & Utilities Location: Jersey City, NJ (Travel bi-weekly) Duration: Long Term Contract Visa: No OPT/CPT Experience: 10+ Years Job Description: We are seeking an experienced SAP OTC Solution Architect with strong expertise in Pricing and Utilities to lead and optimize our Order-to-Cash processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and enhancing SAP OTC solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems. Key Responsibilities: Solution Design & Implementation: Architect and implement end-to-end SAP OTC solutions with a focus on Pricing and Utilities. Pricing Expertise: Design and configure complex pricing strategies, condition types, pricing procedures, rebates, and discount structures. SAP IS-U (Utilities) Integration: Ensure seamless integration of OTC processes with SAP IS-U for billing, invoicing, and customer contract management. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in quote-to-cash, order management, billing, and revenue recognition. Cross-Module Integration: Work closely with SAP SD, MM, FI, and CRM teams to ensure smooth data flow and business continuity. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business users, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements and provide innovative SAP solutions. Technical Leadership: Provide guidance on SAP S/4HANA migration, enhancements, and new implementations. Testing & Support: Lead unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) while providing post-go-live support. Key Requirements: 10+ years of experience in SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) solutions, including Pricing and Utilities. Strong hands-on experience in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) and SAP IS-U (Industry Solution for Utilities). Expertise in configuring pricing procedures, condition records, tax calculations, and contract pricing. Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, Fiori Apps, and latest SAP technologies. Strong understanding of integration points between SAP OTC and other modules like FI, MM, and CRM. Experience with B2B/B2C e-commerce, API integrations, and third-party billing systems is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. SAP Certification in SD or IS-U is preferred.
