Mendix Lead Developer Location: 100% Onsite. Santa Clara, CA JD: Experience Level: Mid-Senior (Minimum 9 years in Enterprise Application Development) Responsibilities: . Design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications using Mendix . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deploy new features. . Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. . Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation. . Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. . Stay up-to-date with the latest Mendix versions to ensure our applications remain current and competitive. Requirements: . Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Mendix . Working knowledge in Java . Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies . Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools. . Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. . Experience with Web and mobile application development. . Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. . Ability to work independently and as part of a team. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Qualifications: . Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. .
