Identify why the data is not populating correctly in Workday HCM, from what was mapped out in UltiPro HCM MAT HAVE Requirements: EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS BOTH VERBAL AND WRITTEN. A STRONG history of being directly responsible for leading UltiPro Data Migration projects Prior experience leading teams of consultants and resources that are working in collaboration to migration data from UltiPro HCM to other target HCM systems preferable Workday HCM. Prior experience and/or understanding of Workday HCM. The consultant does not have to have prior experience with Workday HCM implementations, yet must have an understanding of the product and experience in successfully performing and managing migrations from UltiPro HCM to other HCM systems. A Workday Implementations Generalist or Lead Consultant that has been involved in a wide array of responsibilities such as implementations, enhancements, migrations, and support projects will not be the right fit candidate.
