Lead Business Analyst (with GTM)

Location 100% Remote

Contract (12+ Months)

Start - ASAP

12+ Years of experience required.

We need candidates who have substantial
experience in GTM, Oracle, SQL and Trade., additionally must have BPM (Business
Process Management) Certification.

Job Description:

The Lead Business Analyst specializing in Business
Process Modelling is responsible for analyzing and optimizing business
processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness. This role involves identifying
areas for improvement, designing new processes, and collaborating with
stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive analysis of current
business processes to identify gaps and areas of inefficiency

Develop business process models and workflows
to optimize operations and enhance productivity

Collaborate with cross functional teams to
gather requirements and align business processes with organizational goals

Lead the implementation of new processes,
providing guidance and support to ensure seamless adoption

Monitor and evaluate process performance
metrics, making adjustments as needed to drive continuous improvement

Provide training and support to end-users on
new processes and tools

Stay informed about industry best practices
and emerging trends in business process management

Skill Requirements:

Proficiency in business process modelling
tools such as bpmn, visio, or aris.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to
interpret complex data and identify process improvement opportunities.

Excellent communication skills to effectively
collaborate with diverse stakeholders and team members.

Project management skills to oversee the
end-to-end process implementation.

Strategic thinking and problem-solving
abilities to drive innovative solutions.

Strong attention to detail and organizational
skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Certifications:

Business Process Management (BPM) certification
