Role: Test Project Manager Schedule pilot tests, test unit delivery and returns, and machine maintenance. Own the pilot and rental schedule tabs on the Process Schedule. Write up pilot agreements for trials ensuring proper machine and ancillaries are specified. Act as the main point of contact for the customer throughout the duration of the trial. Coordinate customer testing and process technical schedules. Prepare reports for internal documentation of issues encountered with onsite pilot test activities and external reports of process results. Develop and improve upon pilot testing procedures and data collection. Prepare test plans for each trial and rental descriptions for equipment. Work internally with teams to coordinate and support in-house testing. Provide remote support to process technicians during pilot tests. Assist customers and test technicians with setup and coordination of test equipment. Communicate with FWSE, Engineering, Sales, and Process on test results.
