Assess proposals for responsiveness, completeness, and compliance with evaluation criteria. Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to enhance proposal clarity, structure, and competitiveness. Identify potential risks, deficiencies, or areas of non-compliance. Advise on strategies to align proposals with federal evaluation standards and best practices. Work collaboratively with proposal teams to refine content and address compliance gaps. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience working as a proposal evaluator for a U.S. federal government agency. Deep knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and agency-specific guidelines. Expertise in reviewing and evaluating proposals for technical, management, and cost compliance. Strong understanding of the government source selection process and evaluation criteria. Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to provide clear, actionable feedback.
