Any VISA is fine Overview: Our client is undergoing an migration from Microsoft Great Plains to SAP ECC6 for their Order to Cash process, and require additional support through the integration and go-live phase. We are seeking a Business Simulation Testing (BST) Lead to coordinate testing efforts, create detailed business scenarios, and liaise between IT and business teams to ensure a smooth transition. Soft Skills Strong, clear communicator, someone who know how to get the team together, proactive communication, status update, clear picture, what's completed/still open Key Responsibilities: Develop business simulation testing scenarios with detailed step-by-step instructions. Coordinate end-to-end testing efforts, ensuring proper execution of test cases for order placement, shipping, and invoicing. Act as a liaison between systems teams, including SAP OTC, middleware (Webmethods), and legacy systems (Microsoft Great Plains). Work with Customer Service teams to support manual and electronic order processing. Capture testing defects, track issues, and ensure resolution using JIRA. Align with teams on golden codes (set of customers/products that exist across all systems). Support business users through workshops and potential travel as needed. Required Experience & Skills: SAP Order to Cash (OTC) experience (foundational level). Hands-on experience with JIRA for tracking defects and testing progress. Familiarity with iDoc (SAP) for document exchange. Experience with middleware tools (Webmethods preferred). Strong communication and coordination skillsability to provide clear status updates and ensure alignment across teams. Experience working with manual testing processes, with a focus on business process validation rather than automation. Ability to work remotely and collaborate with geographically dispersed teams (primarily Minnesota and New Jersey). Some travel may be required for workshops and user testing sessions. Nice-to-Have: Prior experience in medical device or life sciences industries. Understanding of JDE. Familiarity with Sterling Integrator for electronic order processing. Experience working in an Agile environment. Project Timeline & Context: Currently in development phase with business process mapping expected to be completed by March. Business Simulation Testing (BST) starts in April and requires thorough scenario development and execution. Integration between SAP and JDE will be a critical component. The role presents an opportunity for leadership in supporting and upskilling junior team members.
