The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SharePoint architecture, development, and consulting, with the ability to design and implement robust SharePoint solutions that meet business needs. Key Responsibilities: Solution Design: Analyze business requirements and design SharePoint solutions that align with organizational goals. Architecture: Develop and maintain the overall SharePoint architecture, including site structure, security, and governance. Implementation: Lead the implementation of SharePoint infrastructure and solutions, including custom development, configuration, and integration with other systems. Development: Create and maintain SharePoint sites, subsites, libraries, lists, views, and workflows. Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform system maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the SharePoint systems are secure, and data integrity is maintained. User Support: Train and support end-users to ensure effective use of SharePoint. Best Practices: Conduct research and provide guidance on SharePoint best practices. Consulting: Provide expert advice and guidance on SharePoint best practices, including user adoption, governance, and information architecture. Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and external vendors, to ensure successful project delivery. Training and Support: Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users to ensure effective use of SharePoint. Upgrades and Migrations: Plan and execute SharePoint upgrades and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of SharePoint solutions, including architecture diagrams, configuration settings, and user guides. Must Have: Experience: Proven experience as a SharePoint Architect or similar role. Skills: o In-depth knowledge of SharePoint 2013/2016/2019 and SharePoint Online. o Proficiency in SharePoint development using SPFx, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Power. o Experience with SharePoint migration tools and techniques. o Strong understanding of SharePoint governance, security, and compliance. o Familiarity with Office 365 and related technologies. o Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
