This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility with remote and in-office work.Key Responsibilities: Oversee financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and reporting for private equity or venture capital portfolios. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage audits. Collaborate with stakeholders to provide strategic financial insights and support decision-making. Manage cash flow, fund performance, and investor reporting. Drive process improvements and implement best practices in financial management.Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a Controller or similar role within private equity or venture capital. Strong knowledge of fund accounting, financial reporting, and compliance. CPA certification is highly preferred. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
