This role requires deep expertise in Cisco and Arista networking, firewalls (Palo Alto, Checkpoint, ASA), load balancers (F5 GTM/RTM), AWS networking, and advanced routing protocols. The ideal candidate will drive strategic networking initiatives, ensure high availability and security, and support hybrid on-prem and cloud environments. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain high-performance network infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments (AWS). Configure and manage Cisco and Arista routing and switching, including VRFs, VLANs, VRRP, LACP, MLAG, IP Multicast, and VPC. Deploy and manage F5 Load Balancers (GTM, RTM) for optimal application delivery. Manage firewalls (Palo Alto, Checkpoint, ASA), including Palo Alto Panorama and AWS-integrated security solutions. Configure and optimize BGP, EIGRP, and OSPF routing protocols for dynamic, scalable network connectivity. Implement and troubleshoot AWS networking services, including VPC, API Gateway, CloudFront, Route 53, Cloud WAN, Direct Connect, Private Link, and Transit Gateway. Ensure secure network connectivity through IPS Tipping Point, IPSec VPN, NAT/SNAT, ACLs, and security groups. Automate network configurations and manage network changes using TACACS, Rancid, Git. Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize security with SNMP monitoring and AWS Control Tower. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align network strategies with business goals. Provide escalation support and participate in after-hours maintenance/change windows when required.
