From: Rahaman Mohammed, Techgene Solutions [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Position: ServiceNow Developer Location: Remote(EST Location Only) Must Have: In-depth understanding and background in ServiceNow ITOM (CMDB and ServiceNow Discovery), ITSM Strong working knowledge of the ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM) Experience developing and maintaining CMDB technical standards Experiencing defining, documenting, and implementing CMDB Governance process and procedures Strong knowledge of troubleshooting Discovery errors and warnings Experience modifying and/or creating Discovery patterns Excellent collaboration & communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to audiences of various technical skills Nice to Have: Experience integrating ServiceNow CMDB with SCCM utilizing the SCCM Service Graph Connector Detail oriented, can lead and coordinate infrastructure type migration plans. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) ITIL Foundations certification a plus Javascript, Python, Github, Angular JS, Power Duties and Responsibilities Development work ranges from small enhancements, break-fix and platform administration. Develop, configure, and customize forms and workflows Works with IT to identify business requirements, scope, feasibility, performance, security, test strategies, and test execution Can perform unit, system, integration and user acceptance testing, and document results Coordinates integration activities between multiple technical teams Creates and maintains system documentation, standard operating procedures and user guides. Executes or oversees ServiceNow administration tasks Participates in annual ServiceNow upgrades & monthly patching Ensures adherence to security standards Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience with Service Now Strong knowledge of Procurement, Asset Management, Discovery, and associated ServiceNow modules Strong knowledge of ITOM and the associated ServiceNow modules Strong knowledge of ITSM and the associated ServiceNow modules ServiceNow Fundamentals training or equivalent experience Scripting in ServiceNow Fundamentals or equivalent experience Expert in configuring ServiceNow modules Knowledge of ITIL concepts Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
