The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Recruitment. Project Planning and Execution. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Manage project scope, budget, and schedule to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including technical, functional, and business stakeholders. Oversee project phases, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. Stakeholder Management; Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, project sponsors, and team members. Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels. o Proactively manage expectations and resolve conflicts. Risk Management; Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Develop contingency plans to address potential issues. Monitor and control project risks throughout the project lifecycle. Quality Assurance; Ensure adherence to project quality standards and best practices. Conduct regular reviews and audits to identify and address quality issues. Implement quality control measures to minimize defects and errors. Change Management; Develop and implement change management strategies to minimize disruption and maximize adoption. Communicate change initiatives effectively and address resistance to change. Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate a smooth transition to new processes and systems. Proven experience in managing complex Oracle Cloud HCM implementation projects. Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Recruitment. Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is a plus.
