This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage multiple projects and drive successful outcomes. The work model is hybrid, with no travel required, and the shift is during the day. Mandatory Skills : Ariba Enterprise Sourcing, Ariba Analysis, Ariba Supplier Network Responsibilities : - Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific short-term and long-term projects. - Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. - Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. - Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. - Use Ariba Supplier Network to manage supplier relationships and ensure seamless procurement processes. - Conduct thorough Ariba Analysis to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements. - Utilize Ariba Enterprise Sourcing to develop and implement sourcing strategies that align with company goals. - Monitor and track project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders. - Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation plans as necessary. - Ensure resource availability and allocation for project tasks. - Lead project meetings and facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders. - Provide detailed project documentation and reports to ensure transparency and accountability. - Foster a collaborative team environment and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications: - Possess a strong background in project management with a focus on procurement and sourcing. - Demonstrate expertise in Ariba Supplier Network, Ariba Analysis, and Ariba Enterprise Sourcing. - Have excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address project challenges. - Show proficiency in project management tools and software. - Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
