Position: Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation Lead
Duration: 6 Months 
Location:  Remote

Summary:
Seeking an experienced Lead to manage data migration and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud, ensuring compliance with state and federal employment laws. Must have expertise in HR processes, Oracle HCM Cloud configuration, integrations, project management, and change management. Oracle Cloud certification is preferred.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors in Business, IT, or related field; Oracle Cloud certification preferred.
Experience: 8+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, data migration, and HR processes, with leadership experience.
Technical Skills: Integrations, workflows, security roles, PL/SQL, and data migration tools.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and time management.
Industry Requirement: Must meet U.S. Department of Energy  10 CFR Part 810 eligibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the migration of HR systems (People Pro/Kronos WFR) to Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
Configure Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Talent, Payroll, Benefits, Workforce Management).
Develop and test data feeds between Oracle and existing HR software.
Oversee requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution development.
Ensure best practices in change management, user training, and stakeholder communication.
Manage and mentor teams while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
