MUST HAVES: 

5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/CE 

5+ years of experience with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Field Service module 

HIGHLY PREFERABLE: experience with Customer Service module as well 

2+ years of experience with Power Automate 

HIGHLY PREFERABLE: experience with Power Apps (Power Platform as a whole would be next best thing) 

Ability to code for D365 CRM: C# & JavaScript
