An in-person or live video interview will be required as part of our review process. Top Required Skills (10+ years): Documenting Requirements Requirements Gathering Requirements Analysis. Agile Nice to Have Skills: Project Management User Test Plans Technical Writing Excellent oral and written communication skills Previous work experience with the State of Wisconsin or other government entities is preferred Interview Process: ALL interviews will be conducted online via video conferencing. PLEASE NOTE: A real-time screenshot photo of the candidate MUST be uploaded to candidate's bid in order to accept an interview request.
