The selected candidate will be responsible for the administration, management, and optimization of SQL Server databases, ensuring high availability, security, and performance. This role also requires expertise in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), data replication, encryption (TDE, TLS), and troubleshooting database issues. Key Responsibilities: Administer and maintain SQL Server databases to ensure optimal performance and security. Design, develop, and optimize SSRS reports based on user requirements. Perform database backup, recovery, and performance tuning to maintain system efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve complex database-related issues in a fast-paced environment. Implement and manage database encryption technologies, including TDE and TLS. Develop and enforce database standards, policies, and best practices. Collaborate with development teams for database integration and process improvement. Stay updated with emerging database technologies and suggest relevant enhancements. Required Skills & Qualifications: Expertise in SQL Server DBA , including performance tuning, backup, recovery, and troubleshooting. Advanced experience in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and report development. Strong knowledge of SQL scripting and query optimization for high-volume data operations. Experience with data replication, including design, configuration, and monitoring. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex database issues with minimal supervision. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with strong communication abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams within an enterprise environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with automation tools for database monitoring and management. Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD integration for database workflows.
