Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join our dynamic team in Malvern, PA. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain data pipelines, ensuring high-quality data availability for analysis and decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve and optimize data processes, drive automation, and ensure the scalability of data systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain data pipelines
to collect, process, and analyze large volumes of data from various sources.

Ensure data integrity, availability, and performance across multiple systems and environments.

Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business teams to design data models and optimize data workflows.

Implement and optimize ETL processes, ensuring seamless data integration across various platforms and databases.

Develop automated data solutions to improve business processes and provide actionable insights.

Design and manage data storage solutions that support both structured and unstructured data.

Monitor and troubleshoot
data pipeline issues, optimizing performance and minimizing errors.

Provide support in developing and maintaining data quality standards and data governance practices.

Ensure data security and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Work with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for managing big data solutions.

Write and maintain documentation for data models, architecture, and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree
in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

3+ years of experience
in Data Engineering, with hands-on experience in building and managing data pipelines.

Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and ETL tools.

Familiarity with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, etc.) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Experience working with data warehouses (Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake, etc.) and data lakes.

Knowledge of data modeling, data integration, and data transformation.

Experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub, etc.).

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with data orchestration tools like Airflow or Luigi.

Familiarity with NoSQL databases (Cassandra, MongoDB, etc.).

Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for data workflows.

Experience in cloud-native architectures for big data and analytics.

Additional Information:

Valid PA Drivers License
required.

Eligible candidates include USC, H4EAD, OPTEAD, and H1B visa holders.

Hybrid position work both onsite in Malvern, PA and remotely as needed.

Onsite work required
for team collaboration and meetings.
