Position: IAM Analyst Location: Tempe, AZ (Onsite) Duration: 12+ Months Contract Job Description: Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, and role-based access control (RBAC). Ensure timely onboarding and offboarding of employees, contractors, and third parties. Support account reconciliation and remediation activities. Perform periodic access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with security policies. Assist in SOX, GDPR, and other regulatory compliance efforts related to identity and access management. Collaborate with security and audit teams to ensure adherence to policies and standards. Manage and maintain IAM tools and platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Ping Identity, etc. Troubleshoot access issues and provide end-user support. Monitor and enhance IAM security controls to prevent unauthorized access. Identify opportunities to improve IAM workflows and automate manual processes. Implement security best practices to enhance IAM efficiency and security. Work closely with IT, security, and HR teams to align IAM strategies with business needs. Document IAM procedures, policies, and workflows.
