The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of SAP Project Systems, enabling them to manage project lifecycles, integrate with other SAP modules, and enhance project management processes for our clients. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP PS solutions in a variety of industries. Key Responsibilities: Consultation and Implementation: Lead and support the implementation of SAP Project Systems (PS) in both functional and technical aspects. Analyze business requirements and map them to SAP PS capabilities. Configure SAP PS modules, including project structures, planning, budgeting, cost tracking, and reporting. Conduct gap analysis and provide tailored solutions to meet customer requirements. System Configuration and Customization: Customize SAP PS settings according to client specifications and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP FI, CO, MM, SD). Perform system upgrades and migrations when needed. Support and Troubleshooting: Provide post-implementation support for SAP PS users, resolving any issues or bugs. Assist in the continuous optimization of the SAP PS solution to ensure maximum efficiency. Monitor and troubleshoot SAP PS performance issues and take corrective actions. Training and Documentation: Create and deliver end-user training to ensure successful adoption of SAP PS solutions. Develop user manuals, configuration guides, and other documentation for reference. Assist in preparing testing plans and test scripts for SAP PS implementations. Project Management: Collaborate with project managers to ensure the timely and successful delivery of SAP PS solutions. Provide expertise on project governance, lifecycle management, resource allocation, and cost control within the SAP system. Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders, including business users, project managers, and technical teams, to understand requirements and provide solutions. Lead workshops and meetings to gather requirements, provide updates, and share project progress. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience as an SAP PS Consultant in an implementation or support role. Strong experience in SAP PS module configuration and integration with other SAP modules (FI/CO/MM/SD). Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Experience in performing data migration and system upgrades. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP PS configurations and understanding of its integration with financials, procurement, and supply chain modules. Strong understanding of SAP user exits, BADI, and other customization techniques. Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills to work with both technical and business teams. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Desirable Skills: Knowledge of other SAP modules such as SAP Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), or Materials Management (MM) is advantageous. Certification in SAP Project Systems is highly preferred but not mandatory.
