Please have a look at the below job description, if interested please share your updated resume [email protected] Role: Workday Data Migration Lead Location: Philadelphia, PA(Remote) Duration: Long Term Note: Must have 12+ years Job Description: This role will support the expansion of Workday globally for HCM as the Data Conversion Lead. Inclusive of managing a data analyst and working with the implementation partner. Data conversion for this project consists of onboarding HCM data for 18 countries across multiple Workday Modules. Looking for someone who is experienced in large implementations into an existing tenant in a short timeframe. They should be able to quickly acclimate to the timeline and swiftly move along helping to support the success of the project. Required Skills: 3+ years of Hands-on Workday experience in senior data conversion roles across implementation/deployments (not just production support). Knowledge of ETL Process and experience around data conversion and migration strategies from and to systems like Oracle, Peoplesoft, AS400 and SAP. Good understanding of Workday methodology and tenant build stages. Experience mapping data requirements and translating to Workday structures/workbooks. Experience with Workday data loading using iLoads, XML, Web Services, and EIBs Good at creating custom reports for data validation and related needs. A strong focus on customer satisfaction while effectively managing client expectations. Will require attending early morning or late evening meetings to meet with customer team leads and other team members who may be in different time zones.
