Position: Change Manager Location: San Jose, CA/ Seattle WA/Austin TX/ Leigh, UT (Onsite) Duration: 12+ Months Contract Job Description: As a Change Manager you will be a key member supporting one or more initiatives that impact strategic goals. You will partner with program managers, product managers, and subject matter experts to define and execute end to end change plans that support the business goals of acquisition integrations and other strategic programs to minimize disruption and increase end user adoption across business and technical functions. What you'll Do Develop and strengthen relationships, collaborating with executive sponsors, program team members, and functional partners to ensure organizational change for programs is planned and executed optimally Engage with business & IT team members to ensure cross-team & multi-functional collaboration and alignment Assess the magnitude of a given change and recommend the appropriate level of engagement to successfully minimize disruption and drive adoption Deliver on all areas of change including end user identification and engagement, change impacts and readiness, communications at all levels, training assessment and development, anticipating and addressing resistance, and reinforcement (additional details below) Drive continuous improvement, incorporating feedback and lessons learned into updated Change and Program Management processes and tools Partner with another BCM resource, the Field readiness and Enablement team, and the broader BCM team to execute the following for the Net Dollar Retention Program: Review and update all Change Agent Network materials Network communications Meeting Content and Material Meeting facilitation and report outs Develop and execute plan for ongoing engagement Review and update all training materials created to date: Sales Enablement Sales forecasting SLM Dictionary / Glossary Support creation of new training materials: Adjustment tool Partner Program Native CRM reporting changes Author and coordinate for review all communication to stakeholders regarding N$R program phases: Data Clean-up Dual reporting GTM Planning kickoff Release (Sales Comp Summit) Post release support Manage, updates, and maintain Personas of impacted users Continual partnership with SMEs and Impacted End-Users Update and maintain previously developed change content Capture, validate, document change impacts by Persona Identify and communicate risks, issues, and gaps Revised training and communication plan: Consideration of GTM planning kick-off Alignment with finance change efforts, enablement, and end-user support desks Facilitate training of a basic understanding to: SOMs Sales Managers Forecasting RRPO team Partner Managers Finance (support only) Romania team (support only) Develop and report on adoption metrics Support hyper care activities - Post release support (office hours, communication, training materials revision) What you need to succeed Delivery focused mindset with a natural propensity for action in times of ambiguity Practical experience with organizational change management, including people, process, and technology change implementations Proven expertise in change principles and application, including at least 5 years of relevant experience; certification is a plus Exceptional communication skills for a variety of audiences, both written and verbal and using multiple formats including but not limited to email, PPT, newsletters, video, and infographics Strong emotional intelligence and ability to establish and maintain relationships Ability to motivate and influence others to move toward a common vision or goal without authority or a direct reporting relationship Flexibility and resourcefulness; resilience in ambiguous situations Ability to collaborate effectively across various functions and levels in an organization Technical capability and demonstrated use of metrics and analytics Intermediate or sophisticated graphic design skills to support visual storytelling; experience with Adobe suite is desirable Experience with Field technology is preferred Education: At least a bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required. ---- Thanks & Regards Akilesh Kumar iTech US Inc Email : [email protected] Go Green!
