Workday Configuration HCM Specialized functional Payroll, Recruiting, or Compensation experience a plus Advanced understanding of object oriented architecture Strong written and oral communications Strong Leadership skills Global Experience in a HR HCM system Self-motivated with a focus on driving results and strong sense of accountability What is expected of you and others at this level Strong Leadership skills and Strategic Thinking Workday System Configuration HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Time Tracking Provide Global Solutions and Support Utilize strong problem-solving skills to analyze system functionality that will help drive more efficient processes and provide and communicate recommendations to HR and the business on new solutions Research Workday system documentation through Workday Community to support user requests/resolve issues Work on complex projects of large scope Develops technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.
