The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading data conversion efforts across multiple Workday modules for 18 countries, ensuring successful data integration into an existing Workday tenant. This role involves managing a Data Analyst and collaborating with an implementation partner to drive the project forward efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Lead and facilitate discussions on data conversion methodology, requirements, and validation processes. Oversee and guide data migration activities during Workday module deployments. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve data conversion issues while ensuring data integrity. Work closely with third-party vendors, customer teams, and subject matter experts to troubleshoot and optimize data migration. Conduct root cause analysis on data conversion/reporting issues and implement corrective actions. Manage data conversion testing and validation activities across different teams and time zones. Leverage automation tools and external accelerators to streamline data migration processes. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3-55+ years of hands-on Workday experience in data conversion roles across implementations (not just production support). Strong knowledge of ETL processes, data migration strategies, and system integrations (Oracle, PeopleSoft, AS400, SAP, etc.). Expertise in Workday methodology and understanding of tenant build stages. Experience in mapping data requirements and translating them into Workday structures/workbooks. Hands-on experience with Workday data loading using iLoads, XML, Web Services, and EIBs. Proficiency in creating custom Workday reports for data validation and migration purposes. Ability to work in global teams and coordinate with stakeholders across multiple time zones. Strong customer focus with effective client expectation management skills. Willingness to attend early morning/late evening meetings as needed for project coordination. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with large-scale Workday deployments. Strong understanding of Workday security models and data governance best practices. Prior experience in consulting roles focused on Workday integrations and data migration strategies.
