Roll Quality Assurance Engineer Location Denver -Onsite Ex;- 12+ $55/hr to $60/hr Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer with expertise in automation testing and experience in UiPath, ServiceNow, and Salesforce to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts, ensuring the quality of our applications in both User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA) environments. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain the reliability and functionality of various enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for applications, including ServiceNow and Salesforce, using appropriate tools and frameworks. Perform functional, regression, and integration testing in UAT and QA environments. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand application requirements and define comprehensive test strategies. Identify, document, and track bugs or issues through defect management tools like JIRA. Contribute to building and maintaining an automation testing framework that ensures scalability and reusability. Work closely with teams to build and optimize automated workflows for UiPath-based processes. Test the integration and functionality of ServiceNow workflows and Salesforce implementations, ensuring high performance and data integrity. Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolution with the development team. Provide input into the continuous improvement of the testing process, including identifying gaps in coverage or efficiency. Ensure compliance with QA best practices and organizational standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in quality assurance and automation testing roles. Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, testing types, and best practices. Experience in automation testing tools like Selenium, UiPath, or similar frameworks. Hands-on experience testing ServiceNow workflows and Salesforce platforms. Familiarity with working in UAT and QA environments. Proficiency in writing and debugging automation scripts. Knowledge of CI/CD tools and integrating automation scripts into pipelines. Experience with test management tools (e.g., Zephyr, Xray) and defect tracking tools like JIRA. Preferred Skills: Experience in API testing tools like Postman or SoapUI. Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner. Understanding of ServiceNow and Salesforce-specific automation tools (e.g., ServiceNow ATF, Salesforce Testing Frameworks). Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in Scrum teams. Educational Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in QA, UiPath, Salesforce, or ServiceNow are a plus (e.g., UiPath RPA Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Certified ServiceNow System Administrator).
