Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to define, document, and communicate process flows and system requirements for the Zone System implementation. Oversee vendor management and facilitate clear communication with 3rd party vendors, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of project milestones. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for requirements, project scope, and processes. Act as a liaison between business teams (finance, billing, accounting) and technical teams, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical execution. Ensure process optimization across multiple systems, including NetSuite, Salesforce, and Zuora. Maintain a focus on process-oriented solutions and streamline workflows to improve efficiency. Support project management activities in an environment where projects may not be fully scoped and require flexibility and adaptability. Qualifications & Experience: Must have experience working at a SaaS company, with a strong understanding of subscription-based models and system implementations. Experience in billing, accounting, or finance is highly preferred due to the nature of the Zone system. Proven experience in business analysis and working on project implementations (preferably in finance, billing, or SaaS systems). Strong background in gathering requirements from business teams and translating them into technical specifications. Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, and Zuora is a plus. Strong documentation skills and ability to create clear, concise process documentation. Vendor management and 3rd party communication experience is essential.
